Did a gut remodel of our co-op in NYC. Arthur Werner handled everything from start to finish. The owner, Ron came and went through everything that was to be kept and what was trash. He handled all of the details like insurance for the building, scheduling, etc. 3 days later we got on a plane and ended up travelling for the next 4 months. Totally worry free time. While we played tourist the contractor handled the job and we learned how to zoom. We came back to check about every 2-3 weeks and then took off again. When the Contractor was finally finished, we met Ron at our unit. We walked Room to Room a discussed how our things would be placed, We set a time and Ron and his guys had it all set up in 2 days.
