I also have an issue with Chris. I have a large order ready to be placed for 2 weeks now and I can not get a reply. I guess they just don't need the sales. I will be having my customer re-select. Thank you Chris!
I went there to pick up some T molding since my contractor could not make it for that day. Very rude and demanding staff. They don't care about customer. I ask the guy after he delivered T molding to me that I need to check and make sure there is no scratch on them but he told me "you are RUDE"!????!! Low class staff....
They take a long time getting the order ready.
GREAT PLACE TO BUY HARDWOOD. PRETTY LADIES THERE SPECIALLY THE RED HEAD ONE
Not to many people working there but the customer service is great ware house guy's help me alot.
