I rarely post any reviews on Google or other platforms but have been meaning to review Artisan since our project has reached completion (well almost). In one word Artisan is outstanding. From design through product choice the service and overall experience has been excellent. In particular I have to single out our designer Jessica. Not only does she have superb design skills (a fine arts academic education) but she also has a unique ability to listen to the client and gently steer them in the right direction. She is patient and incredibly responsive. In our case we needed to switch contractors midstream due to unforeseen circumstances and she came through in 24 hours with an excellent contractor able to jump in and complete the project. My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Jessica to design our outdated kitchen and guest bathroom. From our first meeting with her Jessica listened carefully to us and guided us toward selections that met our needs and our style. In our old kitchen we had layout issues that caused my husband and I to be in each other’s way, and made the space feel crowded during holiday parties. Jessica designed a space for us that not only eliminated those “pinch points” but also made the room feel more spacious without giving up storage or prep space. Do NOT buy Monogram appliances! They have been a complete nightmare. I purchased a stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, and double oven — all Monogram — from Artisan Kitchen and Bath. Since day one, I’ve had constant issues with both the fridge and dishwasher. The fridge began leaking and wouldn’t close properly as soon as it was installed. It took five service visits before a supervisor finally discovered that the door was installed incorrectly. The initial technicians kept saying there was “nothing wrong,” wasting months of our time. As for the dishwasher — it has now broken three times in three months. In May, a technician blamed us for not scraping plates. A week later, after my husband took time off work for another service call, the same technician said the entire motherboard was broken.

Purchased a dishwasher from Greg in March of 2025. Front panel was damaged on delivery and installation. Was informed by Greg that he was aware of the damage and that a new front panel would be ordered and replaced. Months and months have gone by and Greg does not return phone calls or emails. I have a voicemail from the receptionist in November of 2025 that the panel was ordered and it will be here in two weeks. Here we are in February of 2026 and I still do not have a replacement front panel. Non existent customer service.

This upscale kitchen and bathroom sales business is housed in a wonderfully refurbished mid-1800s industrial building with impressive wooden structural elements. It's a spacious facility, well-lit and with lots of high-end appliances ready for inspection. While I took pictures, you really have to stop in and see the scope and breadth of what they have to offer. There are so many counter, cabinet, and knobs/pulls to choose from, one could certainly create their own unique flavor for a kitchen or bathroom. We were actually there for a Lake Effect Furies fundraiser, and they used all the counter spaces in the second-floor kitchen display areas as serving areas, in addition to the stations in the Artisan Culinary Loft where they host cooking classes, team-building activities, and other culi
