Artisan Pools is the best pool design and builder in NC! Chip and his team listened intently to our wants and worked hard to ensure we were 100% satisfied. We added and changed multiple key items, which caused some expected delays, but we wouldn’t change a single thing! This was one-stop-shopping for the pool, cabana, and hardscaping. This sets Artisan Pools apart from the other get-in, get-out pool companies! No corners were cut. If we could do it all again, we would absolutely choose Artisan Pools again!

Worst pool company on the market. Over-priced and terrible product. Dave and Chip are two peas in a pod. Dave is non existent after designing and selling you the pool and Chip sub-contracts most everything and shows up once a month after hounding him for weeks for answers. As soon as the pool was installed the main board was out. he had it replaced within a couple weeks but never told us and then disappeared again. Pool was done and he never came back to do the startup. I guess he didn't care about his last $2,500.00 since he already gouged us on everything else. We now have leaking fire bowls that he installed and claims someone turned it off frost mode, which he claims he could tell by looking at the history on the main board that he installed.
