Artisan Roofing

I highly recommend Artisan roofing for roof repair/installation. They are extremely professional and customer oriented. From the "What to Expect" email before they arrived to the regular communication and the fast completion of the job, Artisan exceeded our expectations. Cayden, the foreman, communicated with us regularly and made sure everything was completely cleaned up before leaving each day. The crew were all hard workers and got the job done fast. The salesman, JD, was great to work with. Pam in the office contacted me several times, keeping me updated on the progress and installation of a specialized part they had to have made for our chimney. I would definitely use Artisan again, but probably won't need them with my 25 year warranty shingles!

Our experience with the people at Artisan Roofing was virtually perfect. We had a minor leak through our roof that had existed since we purchased our spec home in 2020, and only occurred during the winter snow season. Artisan sent out a team to analyze the problem, offer a solution and proposal - the analysis included the executives of the company. The proposal was extremely detailed with photos and graphics that helped us to understand the entire project. They also met their start date, and completion windows for a two phase project. Again, there we pictures of the before and after, with detailed descriptions. I recommend them 100%.

Nathan was great to work with and was able to complete the job just in time for winter. Since we were out of the country for part of the time he took the extra step of sending photos and videos throughout the process and let us know where they were at each day. The crew was nice and worked diligently each day. The finished product is amazing, we are finally getting to enjoy the roof almost a year later thanks to covid. Snow is quietly sliding off now compared to the rumble or icing issues we had in the past. Highly recommend!!!

Artisan Roofing did an incredible job! I am super happy with my new roof. Mike helped me navigate the homeowners insurance process following wind damage to my roof. The installation crew were efficient and left no trace of their presence upon completing the job. I highly recommend Artisan Roofing.

After seeing a couple of other homes in our neighborhood having new roofs installed by Artisan Roofing, we hired them to replace the aging roof on our home. Nathan did an inspection, provided an estimate and worked with our insurance due to some storm damage. They also started the project earlier than expected!! Nathan and his crew were exceptionally professional, organized, and above all, replaced our old, leaky roof with a modern roof we no longer have to worry about. I would highly recommend Artisan Roofing to anyone needing quality people, work ethic, products and results.
