Thank you Steve & Bill and crew for all of the beautiful work you did on our floors, we could not be happier. From the visit phone call with Steve to the last communication, he handled with such professionalism. We needed to be in Arizona while the work was happening in Philadelphia, it didn’t faze them at all - they sent photos/videos on the progress. Steve & Bill gave advice, recommendations and input whenever necessary, they were spot on! Steve was not convinced we had chosen the right stain, he redid a patch test and he was absolutely right. Thank you again guys, hire them for your job … best decision we made!

Cannot say enough good things but here are a few: Thanks to Steve, Bill, Kieran, and Rick for the dramatic transformation of our wooden floors to reveal these luminous natural hues. There was uncertainty about the wood species under the dark finish in the main living spaces and bedrooms, and we were not sure what the options would be until the black was sanded off. We trusted Steve after speaking with him and several other contractors, and held our breath as the work started. The entire team seemed elated to share that the floors were hickory, and in very good condition. I mean this in the nicest way; these guys are complete wood nerds! Our 286 year-old home has original pine floors. After moving in, we realized they needed restoration and repair. Steve and the team at Artisan Wood Floors are simply amazing. They helped us transform our house by refinishing wood floors from dark to light. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Steve was extremely detail oriented throughout the entire process, from the initial consultation until the final days of work. His knowledge of flooring is mind boggling. Steve also has a fantastic crew. The guys on our job were not only true craftsmen, but good human beings. You could feel the pride of ownership in how they treated our house.
