Aaron taught me quite a lot about where to look for samples, types & quality of wood, design options, installation, & how best to maintain my floor after installation. He was very particular about leveling my home’s floor, using a combination of grinding & leveler. This is a family business and at first, I was concerned that he was not personally doing all the work. However, it became evident that he has trained his assistants to meet a standard of quality, & if scheduled elsewhere, he checked on progress each day. The crew kept dust to a minimum & effectively protected their work area in my garage, cleaning up each day. The floor had some tricky cuts to accommodate existing beams & a curved banco/fireplace, but they did a great job fitting pieces exactly. I opted for a hickory engineered

Aaron and his team did a fantastic job of refinishing and extending our original 1960s oak flooring. He was easy to work with and the finished look is unbelievably gorgeous! High quality work and Aaron has a great eye for detail - he wove in the new flooring in a way that you can't tell where the new oak was added in. The cost was well worth it, and I'm definitely going to be referring my friends, and will absolutely work with Artistic Concepts again. Thanks!

Aaron helped me out with a smaller lvp floor repair in our retail store. He was flexible and worked around our open hours so we didn’t interfere with business operations. Did a great job for a reasonable price.

They took out a porcelain tile floor and replaced it with new tiles in my kitchen. I had some delays as part of my tile order was wrong, and I had to wait a week to get more of the correct tiles delivered. They were ready to jump back in as soon as my tiles arrived. They protected my cabinets from getting demolition dust inside of them, and I couldn't be happier with the beautiful result. Great installation, careful with my wooden cabinets, finished quickly, and very talented people. Can't recommend them highly enough.
