We highly recommend John and Artistic Designs if you're looking to put a pond or a fountain in your yard. John just finished installing a pond with waterfall in our backyard, and we can't say enough good things about him (and his assistant who helped install the pond). The work is high quality and the pond and waterfall look beautiful. We've had so many compliments from neighbors already. Honestly, it looks even better than we expected and we had high expectations. John is friendly and so easy to work with. He gives great advice, but doesn't try to upsell and listens to what the customer wants. Artistic Design Garden Ponds installed our pond in October, 2021. John and his crew did a marvelous job in a tight space. They were careful to avoid our existing plants, and methodical in their methods, positioning every rock for maximum beauty and purpose. The result was an 8’ x `11 pond with a two-tiered waterfall that has provided endless rewards. John came out to review our DIY pondless waterfall. He identified a few leaks and sone other issues. We thought “oh well, we will have to redo this whole thing ourselves” but John reached out to us the next day with a proposal to fix it for us. It was a fraction of a completely new one and looks great. Two weeks late still no leaks! I would recommend him highly!

Artistic Design Garden Ponds just did a spring clean-out of my 1200 gallon pond and I couldn’t be more pleased. My pond was leaking because the ground had settled and the liner wasn’t long enough to compensate for that. John moved a really big bolder to solve the problem at the top of the waterfall and then found another area where the stream was leaking and fixed that issue too. I was ready to give up, but now I love my pond again.
