Excellent experience with Artistic Iron Works. We needed 2 railings on our 3-step entryway. I stopped in at the shop and was shown many options, including several books of photos of jobs they had done. No high-pressure sales tactics at all. Decided on a style and the owner came by that later afternoon to measure. He also had some great design suggestions for rail placement. We were told a 2-3 week wait for install, but it was done 8 days from measuring. Each person I dealt with, from sales to owner to installers was pleasant and professional. The rails are extremely well-made and sturdy. I am very happy we went with a professional install and highly recommend this company.

I had my very old brick and concrete steps replaced with new concrete block construction. I was told that I needed to go to a handrail manufacturer if I wanted metal hand railing installed . I stopped into Artistic Iron Works and spoke to Danielle about powder coated aluminum railing. I had to wait for funding to come through on a homeowners loan and called Danielle after a number of weeks to let her know that I wanted the job done by Artistic but needed more time to get funding. Danielle said no problem, just call us back when you are ready. I dealt with Danielle several more times for measurements of my steps for the custom railing and the scheduling. Danielle was very helpful. Very reasonable pricing. Nice place to pick out railings for inside and outside of Home or business. We didn't purchase through this business only because s friend of a friend does custom railings. But Danielle was very professional and we would have done business with her.

We had a railing installed leading down to our basement and it not only was designed and manufactured by artistic it fit perfectly and looks gorgeous. The install was flawless. 👍
