We are on week 14 of what was an 8-10 week contract. Workmanship has been ok. The railings are 2 different heights on the very first step which seems like that easily could have been avoided. Drywall and paint included in my contract, not done. It’s April 14th. Project started January 6th. What really has me upset is a complete lack of communication. I reached out to my salesman Steve at 11am asking for contact information for the guys scheduled to show up at 1. Steve sent me his info 4 hours after the guy no showed/no called and I sat at my house waiting. A simple phone call or text….. nope can’t do that.
