We had such a positive experience with Artistic Tile for our kitchen remodel project that we went back to them for our primary and family bath remodels and they did an amazing job! Diane and Megan helped us select the perfect tiles and grout. Carl specified all the materials for the project and Lenny did an amazing job with the tile work, which included building the underlying shower structure with a bench and niche, installing the tile in the shower and bath, and installing the radiant heating and ceramic plank flooring. We hired Artistic Tile to do extensive tile work in our Lakeside condo which so far has been the installation of a backsplash tile in the kitchen (3 walls) and to do a challenging tile design and installation in the master bath which included dual showers, a platform tub, and a tile floor. We were looking for something special, and everyone at Artistic Tile really went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the results. We spent alot of time in the store hashing out the designs with Megan and Diane, and they were very accommodating, allowing us to take the sample boards on multiple occasions to make sure that the designs would work out. After months of searching (across multiple tile galleries), I finally found the tiles that would complement my kitchen beautifully at Artistic Tile. All the in-store associates were professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process, but I really have to speak regarding the installer, Lenny. I wanted the 2x10" tile to go to the ceiling in a herringbone pattern. This was no small feat as there is only about 5.5" on either side of my windows and the cabinets before going above the windows to a 9' ceiling. There was plenty of room for error. However, Lenny took his time, planned his approach, and the result was truly perfectly symmetrical. Joan at the Jupiter store was extremely helpful when assisting me with my kitchen and bathroom renovations - even when I changed my mind and went in a whole different direction in one bathroom. During installation of the other bathroom, the shower floor tile was NOT the right choice (my fault) and Joan came through with an alternative that worked great! Such excellent customer service!! I was also impressed with the vast selection of tiles at their store. I would highly recommend Artistic Tile.
