Jason and his crew did a wonderful job resurfacing and tiling our pool. He responded quickly to my request for a quote and discussed our options at length. He was incredibly patient with answering my questions and explaining the process to me thoroughly. Every step of the way, he kept us informed and notified us when the schedule had to be adjusted due to weather. Given the amount of work, they completed the job quickly and efficiently with minimal delays even though the weather was a little uncooperative. The cost was reasonable and consistent with what I expected. The job went so well, we actually hired him for maintenance after the job was complete! We highly recommend Aruba Pools!

We are very happy with the pool cleaning service from Aruba Pools. They are so consistent with the time and day of the week that they clean our pool. They send a detailed report with attached pictures after each cleaning. We couldn’t be happier and our pool looks great!

We have had our pool cleaned by Jason and his team at Aruba for about 10 years and they have always been so easy to work with. If there is ever an issue Jason does his best to resolve it quickly. Pools are expensive by nature but Aruba is extremely fair with its pricing.

First, the reason for only four stars is due to communication with customer. The work itself was done in a timely manner and cleaned up was good as well. But they need to improve their communication with the customer when they arrive on the property prior to starting the repairs and Communicate with the customer when they’re finished to ensure the customer is aware of it prior to leaving and any issues that need to be discussed.
