Aruza Pest Control

I had been using this company for about 6 months and my experience with this company was decent up until the last quarterly service I received. I received a visit from animal control two days after my service letting me know they had been called for a welfare check. The officer examined my dog and found nothing wrong after they had been called and told my dog was injured. The technician (Nathan J.) took it upon his self to contact animal control and make a false report that my dog was injured. If this technician was concerned about the well being of my dog why not mention something to me. The technician was here to provide a service but clearly had an ulterior motive.

Richard from Aruza Pest Control provided excellent service. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the process while answering all of my questions. The service was thorough and handled with great care. I truly appreciate his professionalism and the quality of service provided. Thank you, Richard, and thank you to Aruza Pest Control.

William/Bill Malan is the absolute best. He is so respectful and should train every other man in the service industry on how to make a woman who is home alone feel comfortable and at ease opening the door for a man. I highly recommend him, and Aruza for anyone needing their services.

Scott did our house service today and he did really good job and he explained everything that he did on our house perfectly .
