ASAP Cleaners

I took in my down comforter for dry cleaning and paid the $20 in advance. When I went to pick up the comforter, it could not be found. Long story short, I was offered a $20 credit toward future dry cleaning and $30 for the loss of a down comforter valued at well over $100. Needless to say, I will never entrust any dry cleaning garment to ASAP Pikesville again. I am out $20 for the service and well over $100 for a lost garment. Is this any way to operate a business?

I would not have given a star if it was not for the people that work there. They are friendly and very nice. However they lost a shirt that was a little expensive. The owner communicating via the employees had me running to different stores to see if my shirt was at other locations. Which it was not. The owner never reached out to me and we never resolved the issue. I eventually walked away with a lost. This place have changed over the years and does not seem to care anymore. Do not take anything of value as it could potentially get lost or misplaced and you will not get compensated.

DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS!!! The worse customer service I have ever received. They lost my jeans and refused to refund the amount paid for the article. HANIFAT the manager gave me the run around for about a month only to conclude the jeans is lost and nothing she can do about it. Lack professionalism and she played the victim as if I was not the one who had their clothing article lost. Take your clothes there at your own risk. I suggest if you take clothes there make sure it is a clothing article that if lost it is not more than 10x what you pay for cleaning. Example if cost to clean is $2.25, make sure your clothing article is not more than $23

I have used this place for 6 years without incident. Last week I dropped off 20 shirts. One came back with a cut in the collar. The manager said there was no way their equipment could do that, essentially accusing me of cutting my own shirt to extort them to compensate me for the shirt. I will find another cleaner.

My clothes are always clean and pressed correct. My only concern is the hours, they have changed opening until 8am. I was so use to picking up clothes in the AM before 8 The morning employees are late most days MY ONLY REAL COMPLAINT WAS MY 21 year old grand brought my clothes a few weeks ago IT WAS CLOSE TO CLOSING BUT NOT CLOSE UP TIME. WHEN MY GRANDDAUGHTER WENT IN THE DOOR THE LADY STATED NOT TODAY WE ARE CLOSED MY GRAND SAID IT IS 5 minutes till The lady refuse to serve her and told her to leave she wasn’t taking my clothing It was maybe 7 pieces of clothes.
