John refurbished an old original maple floor we had hidden under 5 layers of flooring, rebuffed a section of our living room floor after it got scratched from other contractors, refurbished our front steps, and added thresholds to the doorways in the kitchen. Excellent work, fair price, he worked quickly, and was very knowledgeable.

In our most recent job John did a great job in diagnosing a particularly squeaky hallway and skillfully repaired the underlying subfloor and joist bracing. John was clear and upfront about cost tradeoffs in repairs and completed the repairs and refinishing several rooms beautifully and on schedule.

Great experience! We received a reasonable estimate for our wood floor refinishing on the second floor. They also installed new wood thresholds. Jose was the first contractor to respond and visit, and he was knowledgeable and responsive. The workers were timely, diligent, and very clean. They treated our home like their own, truly. All work done as scheduled and on time. The floors look amazing, and I plan to have Jose and his crew work on the first floor, too. a piece of advice ... get a hotel room for the first night after the floors are done, it takes a while to air out.
