Ash Away Dallas Chimney Sweep went above and beyond! They were quick, clean, and incredibly knowledgeable. I’ve had duct cleaning done before, but this was by far the most professional experience. The results were immediate. I can already tell the difference in our air quality. I will absolutely be using them again!

After waiting weeks for the appointment, Ash Away never showed up. Four hours later they texted me saying there was a family emergency. I understand that emergencies come up and I would have rescheduled the appointment, but I never heard back from them after that. One month later I still haven’t heard anything and had to make an appointment with a different company. Several people warned me that Ash Away does this often, I should have listened instead of wasting my time
