Outstanding, honest service! Ashburn Air experts arrived on time (on a Saturday) and quickly diagnosed the problem with our furnace. After repairing the problem, the Ashburn Air experts were very thorough in ensuring that they had identified the problem with precision. There was no pressure to purchase anything that was not required and the price for the service was very reasonable.

I was not charged a fair price for a freon recharge but they did come out quickly and address my issue. My friend was in HVAC and told me to be very careful as there is a lot of price gouging in this industry. I chose Ashburn Air after reading reviews here and was quite disappointed. They answered the phone early in the morning and came onsite a couple hours later. Furthermore, they did not push additional work by telling my I had additional problems that were not real. Our AC went out on what has become a normal NOVA hot summer day. I noticed the house was hot when I arrived home at approx 5 PM on a Saturday night. My greatest concern was I was either going to be stuck without air all weekend or I was going to have to tell my first born she was now the property of an HVAC company to pay the bill. I called and spoke with John, he told me he would be thee within the hour, true to his word he arrived less than an hour later and less than 30 minutes after that our AC was back on...but at what cost. Actually I would have considered the cost more than reasonable for a call during normal weekday hours, considering this was Saturday night..it was an excellent price. John and his Team at Ashburn Air are like family. They helped us with our 15 year old system until we were at the end of its lifecycle. I always knew I could call them in an emergency. They also helped us replace a water heater that exploded on us on Thanksgiving day last year. They were at our door at 8am the next day with a new hot water heater and by 11am, we had loads of hot water. We had them replace our HVAC system and add in a humidifier and air scrubber this winter and they did a great job which required extra duct work. Responsive. Quickly gave me a quote and repaired my furnace on the same day. Did not seem to do a very thorough job, not checking for gas leaks or gas pressure after repair. Tech seemed very pressured to finish his service and move on from his management. Price seemed competitive.
