I called at night with my kids and I smelling the septic backing up, Ashburys showed up the next morning after I dropped the kids off at school. They showed up with a smile ready to help and had my septic drained in no time. I would recommend this company to anyone with a septic needing assistance, thank you for a great experience.

The person who answered the phone was quite the unfriendly character. From the moment he picked up the phone to the moment we got off the phone, the man who answered was rude, didn't take the time to answer my questions, and was just plain disrespectful. I told him that our septic tank had never been pumped out before, and I asked him what the extra charge would be to pump the tank. He repeated his answer to my first question very rudely and flatly, "It will be 300 dollars to pump the tank out if you dig up the lids." Because of your attitude, you lost out on $300. I called another septic tank pumper and he told me I'm the 5th person to call in 2 weeks to complain about the guy at Ashburys. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

These guys were super professional and knowledgeable, were in and out, and did a great job! The only ones I'll ever call for my septic tank!
