I could not have asked for a better moving experience. Santos and Eddie so very carefully wrapped all furniture and carried all our items down 3 flights of stairs in Chicago. They worked very efficiently and professionally. They were very thoughtful of all items and everything got into the truck very timely. Two days later, Andrew, Martin and Junior used the same amount of care for all items as they brought our items home to us in southwestern Michigan. We were temporarily putting all the items in our pole barn, and they helped manually move a disabled tractor off to the side to give us more room. They were very efficient and careful with all items, as well. All young men were polite and friendly, which was just a plus. If I needed movers again, I would definitely contact Asher Movers, and

The absolute worst moving experience ever. They picked up my things December 21st and I didn’t get it until today January 11th. My boxes were damaged and some of my items were broken and wet. They altered my contract with whiteout and charged me an extra fee at delivery that I asked about at pickup but was assured that I wouldn’t have any additional charges…LIES! They held my stuff hostage until I paid. They don’t answer the phone and don’t call you back. If I could give negative stars I would. Update 3/2: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They broke my 65inch samsung TV and I had to throw away a whole box of items due to them being wet and haviing a foul odor. I completed the claims process and they offered me $93. What a joke! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Regarding job number DA7154423 I want to start out by saying that the customer service by Alejandro was absolutely impeccable for this job. He communicated everything to myself and my elderly clients extremely clearly and efficiently, and kept an accurate and legible inventory of all items. Alejandro, Oswaldo, and Johnny made sure to pay attention to every detail and handled and wrapped every item with the utmost care. They were all extremely respectful and patient, and truly went above and beyond for my clients. As a real estate agent, I would recommend their moving services to anyone who is planning a cross country move. If I could give this place a zero, I would. The packers, who we tipped $100 each, were found to have wrapped my glass, one-of-a- kind artwork and antiques in my sweaters; not bubble wrap. As a result things were broken and there were shards of glass in my sweaters so I had to throw them away, too. A basket handle was torn off because they shoved so many books in it. A cart on wheels was wrapped in cellophane so tight that it was crushed and the wheels no longer work. Stuff was labelled according to rooms, but things like pots and pans appeared in a box marked bathroom. When I called the company, they just told me to fill out a claim form. They would not hear me out. Also make note that they sent 5 men who did not speak my first language and so I could barely communicate with them. This

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Alejandro and crew! They packed all our belongs fantastically, Loaded the truck amazingly. They did not waste any space or time. Their energy and attitudes were amazing from start to finish. They unloaded incredibly efficiently! We are blown away with how wonderfully they our large family move went with out any issues. Highly recommend.
