My better half decided it better to back out through the door instead of going under it - instant catastrophe. I called Asheville Garage Door at 4:15 pm. Jason and Jose arrived the next day at 10 am ready to go. They repaired the door (which I was sure needed to be replaced) and had everything as good as new in short order. They're very professional, courteous, and did the job at what I thought was a very fair price. I'll be calling again next time someone backs through the door!

Jason Laws came to our home this morning to replace parts and tune-up our garage doors, which we bought from Asheville Garage Doors when we built 24 years ago, and could not have possibly been nicer, more professional, or more efficient. He is the epitome of why everyone should get their doors from here. The entire company has been very quick to act on our call, from the receptionist to the service providers. They are top-notch all the way around.

I called 3 places on a Friday. Asheville Garage Door LLC promptly called back and scheduled someone to be onsite on Monday for the repair. I highly recommend working with them! Jason was on time on Monday and able to repair the door before my coffee could finish brewing. It's Thursday and I still haven't heard back from the other two places I called.

We had the good fortune of meeting Juan Soto, one of Asheville Garage Door's technicians when we had a slight mishap with our garage door, sealing us in the garage. Despite a very full schedule, Asheville Garage Door understood the urgency (it was Friday afternoon and they would be closed for the weekend) and pulled Juan from his usual commercial responsibilities. He showed up within 90 minutes, very friendly, giving us good advice and fixing our door right away. We were delighted with everything!!

I called this company at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon. The other companies I called first all said Monday or Tuesday was their earliest availability. But, the man who answered at this company told me that his crew was on a project pretty far away. He was in sales, but he said he would come by to help me close the door because it was stuck in the up position and the house was exposed. I was very grateful. He showed up 15 minutes later. Well, he was an expert on garage doors. So knowledgeable. These doors are a lot more complicated than one would think. He dove in, fixed the problem quickly, then serviced the entire door. He was awesome. The door used to be really noisy and now it's running smoothly and very quiet. I really recommend using this company. You'll get a great value for your money
