Terrible experience. I came in to have spare keys made for our lockers, but the keys they made didn’t work. I went back and they agreed to remake them, but the replacements still didn’t work—and on top of that, they lost the original key to one of the lockers and denied losing it. Very disappointing overall, with zero accountability on their part. 👎👎

I scheduled an appointment for a locksmith to come out and change a deadbolt lock, but the technician never showed up. There was no call or any communication from them. When I called to follow up, they informed me that they had forgotten to schedule a technician. I expressed my concerns about their lack of professionalism, and I was immediately hung up on. I would recommend skipping this place and finding another locksmith that values customer service.

Driver in car number 11 drives like an animal. He likes to run people off the road.

A driver from this company (car 11) purposely tried to run me off the road, then as I proceeded to get behind him he purposely threw on breaks, hoping I would rear end him. This is un acceptable and dangerous, I will make sure to never use this companies services now. Please talk to your drivers about the safety of driving.
