Tyler Lumley, owner's son, came out and gave me an estimate saying my drains and field had to be replaced at a cost of over $5000. He said he was the owner so he could charge less because he set his own prices. He gave me an estimate detailing what he would do. He came out a couple of days later after calling to tell me he would need to be paid in cash so he could pay his "crew." His crew was one person who watched him dig up my yard with a large piece of equipment. Hello all. I called Ashley's yesterday for a non-emergency service on a kitchen drain pipe under crawl space. The guys came today did a survey of the repair, advised us of the repair needed and estimated cost. Well the rest is now history. They were fast, efficient, professional, etc... I will use them again and you should as well. Thank you to Ashley's plumbing.

I called them today to schedule an appointment for Monday. I explained to the lady I spoke with my issue and that I had other plumbing work I have put on the back burner and when they come if they would give me a price. Depending on the price would determine if I added to my emergency plumbing issue or schedule a future appointment for those issues. She told me there would be $250 road trip fee now bear in mind my home is less 20 miles from there business. I had used them in the past and was satisfied and felt their pricing was fair. There was no road trip fee then. Based on that experience I have previously recommended them to customers at my place of employment (local hardware store).
