Ashley's U.S. Lock & Security

I brought a set of keys to Ashley’s so they could make a knob and a deadbolt to fit the two keys accordingly. The lady took my name and phone number, as well as the keys and said they would call me, it was well over a month before I decided to go to Ashley‘s. Where they never made the locks that I requested, they misplaced the keys. I gave them and the phone number that was attached to it all. I am a contractor and this particular interaction caused me to take 30+ days to install a simple lock and deadbolt. After installation, the homeowner refused to pay me because it took so long. I also brought them a mailbox key for them to copy, the one that they made me will not even fit in the keyhole. I have brought it back to them twice and even requested my money back. I still have the key that

I called EVERYWHERE to get a replacement key fob for a Honda Accord. All other locksmiths (within 45 mile radius) and even the dealership advised the car had to be towed to them in order to program. ASHLEY’S sent a locksmith to our house, and not only did he accomplish programming the key within minutes, he did it $100 cheaper than anyone else AND provided an extra back up key! Everyone was amazing!!!!From the office staff to the locksmith. Cannot recommend enough!!

I have been a customer of Ashley‘s since 2009. They are awesome very talented and have lots of inventory.😎 they replaced all my locks and deadbolts on my house. even helped me in an ice storm when one of my family members lost key to my house in the middle of the night!! they are experts in the art of programming, fob keys, and replacement fobs for any vehicle!! I had to buy some new keys and I love their key selection!😂❤️🥳😎👍🦋🇺🇸🇺🇸 It’s a family run business and I’d rather give my money to a local company and keep the money in Martinsville. Good price for programming and fob though said on the phone $75 and paid $93.

Very good store cheap I was looking for the keys for my car and the dealer cost me $20 for each one and this place cost me four dollars for two keys thank you so much and Nice customer service nice person thank you
