Had new service installed, couldn’t be happier with our unit. Runs very smoothly and quite inside and outside. Cools so well and you hardly know it’s running. The insulation was done by two professionals that explained everything to us before they started the job. It only takes about half a day for everything to be completed. There was no mess to clean up once they finished the install. We are extremely happy with our results. Thank you Ashton Britt Service Company.

Ashton Britt installed a new system in July and it has worked great. Got a call in January that an error was sent to them about my HVAC and they would send Corey out the same day. Corey came looked at it and said he knew what the problem and he fixed it immediately. He explained what it was and that it did not affect the operation of my system but was a thermistor that was installed with the system that measures the heat coming out of the gas heater. It should only measure the heat from a heat pump system but came with the dual-fuel system and was kicking back an error to their monitors. It was and is still working perfectly. Corey was great and a great asset to their company.

I scheduled an appointment for today to get a quote on blowing some extra insulation in my attic. The Salesrep agreed to meet me at 5:30. I left work early in order to make sure I was at home on time. Ashton Britt was a no-call and no-show. Very disappointing and unprofessional. As a follow up to last nights no-call / no-show I did get a phone call this morning from John Ross (a stand-up guys) apologizing and owning their mistake. While I won’t use their services, John did the right thing by calling this morning to set things right.

I will let you decide about the fees I was charged. I do know he showed up and was very knowledgeable about my unit. He had it diagnosed and running in 30 minutes. A part was replaced that was under warranty. I still had to pay $252. I was charged a dispatch fee of $80, fuel fee $10 and $162 for warranty install/warranty processing. I have no idea if these fees are normal but as cold as it has been I felt it was money well spent.

Excellent response time. Knowledgeable, quick and straight to the point when it came to the repair. This was the second company I have tried for Hvac services and will be using them going forward.
