ASP resurfaced my pool last year and it’s incredible. The pool has never looked so good and the water is crystal clear. Highly recommend ASP for your pool service.

So disappointed. We started off very hopeful that ASP would be able to do a good job on resurfacing our pool, fixing a few cracks in our flagstone coping, and maintaining our pool after the (very expansive) project. Tina and Doug were very helpful and responsive as we got started, but as soon as we’d paid 60% of our project (the day the begin) they were extremely difficult to get ahold of, pawned us off on sub-contractors we weren’t even aware of (Fiji pools), and stopped responding to any of our concerns unless money was involved. We should never have paid the final chunk until everything was done correctly, but they pressured us and had access to charge our CC. Bottom line, be very cautious when starting a big project with them. Do not pay the final amount until everything is completely

Front office is great. Zach has been servicing my pool and his attention to detail and communication can't be beat. Takes his time and makes sure it's always crystal clear!

Absolutely the worst excuse for a business I have ever experienced.  You would think paying $200 a month would mean they would at least put minimal effort into what they would call "pool maintenance" We had great service for over 8 months initially, and then things took a turn when the person who did our regular service was gone.  They started sending random people, the pool would be serviced and a day later be worse and green.  We called multiple times only to be ignored and told the owner was out of town and would get back to us.  We were also told on two of our scheduled days that someone had a family emergency (which of course we understand) but those 2 days were never made up by another person. The "quality" of their service has gone to complete garbage, would have better luck just

I was going to hire ASP for a one-time pool clean as I was moving on short-notice and the bottom of my pool was dirty. The representative convinced me to go with their monthly plan. In the three weeks that ASP serviced my pool, the only thing they seemed to do was add chemicals and empty the leaf trap. One week they did vacuum a corner of the pool, but otherwise after a month my pool is in more or less the same state it was prior. This means that now I have to spend one of my last weekends in TX cleaning my pool rather than enjoying the pool or spending quality time with family. Do not recommend hiring them.
