I contacted Aspen last year for an estimate on my house in Shepherdstown. I fully expected to pay a ton of money out of pocket to replace my shingles. Aspen came out and performed the inspection. They told me that the roof had hail damage from a recent storm and would work with the insurance company to get it replaced. I live in FL so it would be difficult for me to manage the replacement. All I had to do was pick the shingle color and pay the insurance deductible, and Aspen took care of everything else. Top notch service!! Highly recommend the for any roofing needs.

We had storm damage repaired from Aspen Contracting. We were completely satisfied with all work, including a new roof, partial siding and gutters with downspouts. Kyle Hedglin was our Aspen rep and he was professional, courteous and very helpful throughout and he kept us up to date on the status of all of our repairs. He was very effective in dealing with our insurance company. I highly recommend Aspen for any contracting needs.

A storm and having to select and trust a company to replace my roof is a stressful time. Trust Aspen. Graham and Amanda are the BEST. Both very professional and courteous and ALWAYS there to answer a question. The roof is on and looks great. First I want to leave a five star review for the customer service Aspen contracting provides. Blake has come to our home to inspect for storm damage, and again to give me an estimate for repairs. He was very thorough and patient answering all my questions. I have all the faith in the world that this company is the right choice for our home. I will leave another review regarding the work done.

I have been working with this company since August for roofing, siding, and gutters and down spouting. It is now almost November. No one is returning my calls since the roof was completed. They put the wrong siding on my house and still have not completed the gutters and down spouting. The roofers ruined my front shrubs and broke my small, but growing, evergreen tree in half. To date, I have not been reimbursed for that damage. My Project Manager is not returning calls, just made me empty promises that the remaining work would be completed in about a week or two. This was the beginning of October. This week will be November. If you are a single lady, Go with another company.
