Aspen Gold was hired by our property manager to service a "Category 3 - Black Water Contamination" (raw sewage) that leaked through our ceiling from our upstairs neighbor. Despite expressing our repeated concerns about the threats of bacterial biohazards, according to the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, they never sanitized or disinfected the affected area. A regulatory compliant provider is aware this must be completed within 24-48 hours. For 10 days, Aspen Gold aimed one singular fan toward the contaminated water damage. Not a singular additional effort was made. We were incredibly frustrated, concerned and incredibly disappointed with their incompetent, substandard, non-compliant service. Aspen Gold Cleaning has been great to work with for the mold in our bathroom. Even though we were a small project we were given great service and felt like a priority. Mark and his family run a great buisness. Good people and service! Highly recommend!

Aspen Cleaning Company Had a broken water pipe it soaked the basement walls and ceiling. The floor in the kitchen area was also wet. They did an amazing job. They dried the floors . Plus the basement area. I was able to put new flooring . Thank you so much. Mr.Ask

I have had to work with Aspen Gold Cleaning twice this year for two different reasons, and, each time, they have gone "above and beyond!" Each person I worked with was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked hard to solve the problems. They did a GREAT job on both occasions, and I can't recommend them more highly!!!
