Unfortunately, CDI has been contracted through my HOA but I would look elsewhere if you are looking for a trustworthy, reliable company. This company damaged outdoor decor twice in a span of 6 months and even after reaching out several times with camera footage and photo proof I was contacted several months after the incidents took place. After speaking with John, who did not even apologize for the damage, in the first week of October in regards to reimbursement and providing all requested information and receipts I still have not received payment over 2 months later. This company will tell you what you want to hear in the moment but then will not follow through. Truly a crooked company. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Just moved into a community that contracts with CDI and the part of the community they are in charge of is a disaster. I hope they are replaced as quickly as possible. Not sure how they are still in business to be honest. See photo of one many areas they are responsible for.

Absolutely terrible! Mower’s don’t cut grass. The mower blades are dull . The mowers are so big and heavy they bend the grass and dig up the grass with the wheels. A yellow green ish grass all summer??? Don’t think they use a good fertilizer.we have 99 units. No supervision no quality control!

Our HOA hired CDI a couple of years back. The change was noticeable almost instantly, broken limbs were not picked up after storms even though there were employees on the grounds. Saplings from nearby trees started invading the grass and overall the appearance of common areas dwindled. The real issue though was their inability to manage a large project like a pond restoration. The pond set as an empty hole for months with no apparent or little progress. After a couple weeks something would be done and you would think "OK now they are finally going to start working" and then nothing for weeks. Thank goodness they were finally replaced by another company.

I don't know what their work is like, but based on how they drive, they don't pay much attention. Even worse when you're pulling a trailer!
