Asphalt Maintenance by Dalco, Inc.

We had Dalco out to coat our asphalt the prescribed 1.5 years after they installed our asphalt drive. Both jobs were done expertly and they worked with us on timing (4 homes share one drive). Seems like there's a lot of competition in the coating market, so I figure you can go cheaper, but I felt like our price was reasonable and I knew it would be done right based on the great job they did to install the asphalt.

From beginning to the end of the job, they treated my mom and sister with such high regards. A very family oriented company. It was a complete joy using this company and I would highly recommend their company and services. Thank you all for your professionalism and kindness. The last picture was before, they went above a beyond for their home.

Excellent company to work with! Very professional and reasonably priced. The parking lot turnaround at our business used to be like driving over the surface of Mars, and if it rained a massive amount of water would pool at the entrance. Not only is our drive extremely smooth, the water no longer pools at the entrance! They also re-sealed and re-striped our main parking lot. We will definitely do business with them again!

Dallas was amazing from the start! He was professional, communicative, and went above and beyond to make sure the entire project ran smoothly. I highly recommend this company and would absolutely work with them again. Thanks to Dallas and the team for a job well done!

I am so pleased with my 640 ft driveway done by Asphalt Maintenance by Dalco. They did a good quality job, spent one whole day laying the base before the two inches of asphalt. I strongly recommend them to anyone.
