So not only did CMP take three entire weeks to finalize removing the tree from the front yard to clear the line, they subcontracted a NH tree removal service to remove the larger logs and then subcontracted ANOTHER out of state company (this one) to removal the smaller logs and then once they were about 10% done they abandoned the project altogether leaving my rock wall, three garden beds and a berry tree COMPLETELY DESTROYED. My yard is covered in pine needles and bark. They sent someone over today and he sat in his truck for about an hour before leaving and didn’t even get out! I bet they pay him per hour and since they can’t check his work in another state he said “F it” and got paid to do NOTHING! I’m literally fuming!

National Grid notified about a month in advance about the scheduled trimming of our very large, mature red oaks that are growing near power lines. After reading reviews of Asplundh, I was concerned about both the health and aesthetics of my trees. Removal of large branches would not only cause a 'mutilated' appearance but could also threaten the overall health of the tree by creating large wounds. Asplundh did an excellent job of only removing smaller branches and maintained the beautiful shape of the trees without removing any major branches. ASSPLUNDER Parked their truck in front of my driveway blocking me in for 5 hours , asked them to move it as I had to be somewhere in an hour, got nothing but attitude and was told it was broken down, called corporate, only to be told I would get a call back that never happened. Trashy company that only exist due to forced government contracts.

Eversource tree maintenance. They butchered half a dozen of our trees, cutting them back to comical levels, in two cases leaving little more than a trunk. They cut limbs that were on the opposite side of trees from the wires -- limbs that only in a tornado could have been a problem. Even though another company had done maintenance for the power company last year, Asplundh cut back even farther and more aggressively. They also did not pay attention to our flowers, stepping on many and breaking them.

Finally, after 2 years, we had an Arborist look at the mess left behind by a previous tree company that was hired by our utility company to do some tree work. He said that branches had actually grown around the wires, and he'd be nervous to touch them. The crew not only took care of our problem, they cleaned the mess left from the previous company.Thank you!!!
