Associated Fence

They installed 2 gates on our commercial property. A swing gate and a slider. Unfortunately, these gates have been run into a few times by customers and we have called them countless times for repairs and maintenance. They are incredibly helpful each time. They arrive when they say they will -- I feel like I am a priority even though I am sure they have several other customers to tend too. We are super pleased with the way they communicate. Bill is incredibly helpful and all of their technicians are courteous and friendly. Highly recommended. I wish all my vendors were as responsive as this company!!

I have been working with Jessica at Associated Fence for about 2 weeks. I was looking to install a 2 rail fence and had a lot of questions. She was very professional and very helpful. If she didn't know the answer to an inquiry she would get back with me within a matter of minutes with the information. She then sent Jim over to remeasure my measurements and he did so in a timely manner. I am now waiting for the installation date and will advise everyone how that goes. So far I am impressed of their professionalism and promptness in getting the job done. Once again, I was really happy and impressed with Jessica's knowledge and help. I had an appointment scheduled for today to get hea quote gentleman just called and without even seeing the job gave me a quote for at the most 1000.00. After a small conversation it Seems my job is to small for the company and I feel like the gentleman didn't want to waste his time. He said the original person who was coming went out of town and he is to busy to come and look at our job. I won't be doing business with your company.

One of their trucks was dropping rocks off his truck on the highway and several fell off and busted my windsheild. After several attempts to contact the owner I finally got through and he lied and said they didnt have the certain trucks when i had the tag number. Then he said basically sorry for my luck he was not going to pay for it. His name is Ryan Blauvelt. Not a good business at all. They are very untruthful and irresponsible.

Wasn't impressed. We got a fair bid, and we needed to extend the fence length a bit longer. I met with the gentleman from their company and showed him the change. We were fine with paying the increase for the difference in length. However, then they tried to state they only charged us for 1 fence panel in the initial bid, when we needed 8, and raised the price by more than double. It just felt really dishonest.
