Associated Heating and Air Conditioning did the work to completely replace the heating and air conditioning system as well as replacing the duct work and vents for our church parsonage (Little Rock Baptist Church, Boomer, NC). The crew that did the installation was professional and courteous. They communicated well with us so that we knew when they would be at the parsonage. In March of 2022 we had a Mitsubishi split unit installed in our home. Brad Moore assisted us in the process of deciding and purchasing the correct unit. All of the associates that worked on this job were very knowledgeable and professional. Everything was installed in a very neat and organized way. Their service is outstanding and if and when I need assistance again, I will be dealing with Associated .

These guys are wonderful to deal with. Very punctual from sales through installation. The guys came in and did a wonderful job. I thought the price was fair.
