From terrible communication to missed appointments to a very poor quality installation, this is honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company. After an issue around incorrect equipment that didn’t fit in the intended spot (I have 3 or 4 written messages regarding the equipment, plus I sent them photo of where the mini split was going with measurements included) they have taken over twice as long as they originally said to install two crooked, non centered mini splits that still don’t run. I paid for larger, more powerful equipment even though a lesser version was installed to fit between my windows. It looks absolutely terrible and isn’t even close to centered. They were supposed to come today and finish the job (again an error on their part for not having enough line

Jaden and his team came out today and installed a new HVAC unit and a new unit in my basement. It’s so nice to finally have everything working properly! They were very respectful, pleasant, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Excellent customer service — I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had an HVAC inspection done and was extremely impressed with the service. Mike was very personable and took the time to explain everything clearly. He did a very thorough job, checked all the details, and even made helpful suggestions for maintenance and improvements. I needed a heating and air service to do analysis of the unit in my parents vacation home, I found Carolina Heating and Air Service online. I chose them because they had good reviews and they did not disappoint. I spoke with several staff members over the coarse of scheduling and receiving the service and each one was very helpful and appreciative of my business. Had to re schedule and they quickly accommodated my needs. My husband met with the technician and felt he was very competent and helpful. There are two units there, he thoroughly assessed them and found one was working appropriately although we thought that it wasn’t and the other one will need total replacement.
