terrible customer service both the woman and the man working had horrible attitudes. they took their frustration with robo coup out on my 19 year old daughter who drove over an hour to have a product that was under warranty fixed. all I asked for was a simple statement from them stating that they do not work on warranty products so my extended warranty would kick in and they got even more nasty. dont waste your time chose another company

Sent them blender to repair because it wouldn't blend. They sent it back and said it works fine, try a new outlet. Tried 3 outlets at 3 locations. Can't blend anything, blades don't move. Not sure what they tested.
