Tom did a fantastic job on carpeting my stairs and laying a new laminate floor. He truly does beatiful, quality work and is very talented. Full Disclaimer, this is my ex husband. But since I hired him as a contractor for this job and it came out so great, I wanted to share. From a behind the scenes perspective, Tom had been doing floors for nearly 30 years (since his first job out of high school with a master floor worker), so he has skills and knowledge that are a lost art these days.
Started a job 6 months ago. Demoed took a large amount of money to purchase cabinets. Cabinets that never arrived. 3 months and we haven't heard from him.
Tom Reiser collected several checks for payment, did some destruction (vandalism) then never returned or contacted me. Caution.
Started the job by completing destroying basement and never came back to finish. Still has yet to respond to calls or emails.
