I am particularly grateful to the latter who proved an absolute prince among thieves. I was impressed with Associated Services Heating Solar & Air. The technician, Chris, arrived at the designated time. He required almost 2 hours to diagnose and fix our issue with an electronic fireplace. Appreciate his communication skills and he left the work area clean. Our fireplace is working well and he will be returning soon to fix interior lights that went out. I highly recommend Assoiciated Services and will use them for any future issues with our heating units. THANK YOU!

My heat pump went out on a Friday just as we were experiencing a cold snap. The staff at Associated Services were very responsive to my call and found a way to squeeze me in at the last minute and send a technician Late on a Friday afternoon to troubleshoot my system. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional and figured out and fixed the problem after running some tests. He also Did a great job of explaining The problem and suggesting preventative measures.
