Came to do ordinary of parts needed. Warn co. Did not do their part. Plus would not answer his call too give approval or time line.

I'm giving them one star only because I can't give them zero. Horrible customer service. Took our money to tell us we needed a part never followed up. We had to follow up to be told the part world be in, in a week and they didn't show for the scheduled date. Called back to be told it was on back order. Month later still waiting on part told a story it was a national short by Samsung for the part and they only made the part when they had enough orders to make the part. The ladies in the office were rude and told us customer wait a year with their company to get appliance repaired. WOW! The lady told us the owner would call us and refund us our money. After many years, the switch for our older model Kitchen Aid glass cooktop’s dual cookers went bad. Home Serve contacted Assurance Appliances, and within 24 hours, they scheduled a return service time for us. Assurance Appliances ordered the switch and eyes, and Julian, AA’s technician, returned and replaced them the following week. The new switch looked nothing like the old one, making it confusing to install. What made matters worse was that there were no instructions to connect the switch easily. It was frustrating, but Julian never gave up. He stepped away from the cooktop for a few minutes, started over at the beginning by removing the wiring, and replaced them one by one. Originally contacted this company because of family recommendation. On original contact, representative said that owner was the only person who could draft a quote and would call back the next day. When I had not heard from anyone halfway through the next day, I called back. There was apparently no record of my previous call. Explained that the gasket was ripped on the washer. Finally got a call back with a quote and asked if I wanted them to order the part. I said I wanted the machine fixed. Informed that it would probably take a week to get the part. Called back periodically during the week to check to see if the part had come in. We use the appliance warranty service Home Serve through Dominion Energy to cover our appliances (that is a great, affordable service, by the way). About a year ago they sent us Julian from Assurance to fix our Maytag washer. He found it was nothing more than a clogged filter (but you have to take the front of the machine off to get to it). We encountered the same issue this time and Home Serve sent out a different company who was slow in responding and had a different diagnosis, even though the symptoms were the same and he didn’t even check the filter. They wanted to order a pump (more money for them from the warranty company). After a week’s delay and no response, we called Home Serve and asked for another company.
