We have used this service for a long time, and we have enjoyed being able to call them and get a quick response when needed. Just recently we had them install a new furnace. The 2 installers were right on time and got right to it. Both men worked all morning to complete their task, and they were friendly, and answered all the questions that we asked of them. Great company!! I had a broken furnace. Chris, the owner, came to provide an estimate almost immediately after I called. He was very professional and provided expert information and advice. I had them install a new furnace and AC together since both were extremely old, and I saved a lot of money by doing them together. His crew completed the whole installation the day after the estimate. The crew were also very polite, informative, and professional. They even did all the paperwork to get me a $270 rebate from the gas company. I will definately use them again in the future if/when needed. I am very happy with the whole experience.

Assured does a weekly check of condominium systems. Tonight Weston found a significant water leak caused by another vendor. He contacted me and he was able to stop the leaking so we can have it repaired. Great service. We are fortunate to have them maintaining our equipment.
