Stay away from this company! From May 2025 to January 2026 my hurricane windows are NOT done. The claim that my original windows leaked before replacement is FALSE. I owned this unit for over 12 years with NO leaks prior to installation. The water intrusion started after the new windows were installed. The company references “independent evaluations” but has never provided any such report to me or the HOA. My pre-installation mold inspection was clean. The project stretched from May 2025 into hurricane season, during which multiple leaks occurred, leading to leaks and mold. The mold report actually notes elevated moisture and recommends replacing drywall around the leaking windows. While some caulking was applied, the company refused follow-up water intrusion testing and proper remediati
