Customers beware! This company does not honor their warranty or care about client satisfaction. Terrible experience. Still haven't come out to fix the tripping & slipping hazard after multiple complaints. Unprofessional.

I recently went online to Home Advisors because our carpet needed re-stretching. They had a few carpet companies listed. I read the favorable reviews for Floor Coverings International, so I emailed them and Rob called me soon after that and set up a time to come out to our house. I received the proposal the next day. The price was reasonable, and the re-stretching was done very professionally. We are very happy with the job, and I highly recommend them.

****Buyer Beware**** Home advisors recommended this company. I will keep this short and sweet. If you want “Design Associate” Rob to call and yell at you.... then sure hire this company away. This company lacks professionalism and transparency. Don’t show clients a book with one pricing and then when the estimate is created you change the price? I reached out to corporate and I am still waiting on a response. There are plenty of other companies who won’t hire unprofessional “professionals” to yell at clients. Beware!!!

I was told they wouldn’t give me an estimate for redoing my entire homes floors (3000 sq foot house) after I said I planned on getting estimates from several flooring companies so I could compare. Is there anybody in this world that doesn’t get several estimates when spending thousands of dollars on flooring?
