Nathan came out to descale our tankless water heater and did an excellent job. He was incredibly kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. It’s rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely nice to work with. The whole experience was smooth and our system is running perfectly now.

Jason came out to check our AC when it wasn’t cooling properly and did a great job. He was super friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly so we understood what was going on. I really appreciated how thorough and patient he was. Highly recommend him!

I had a garbage disposal issue that caused leaking and needed to get it fixed fast but it was the day before Thanksgiving. Alannah was sweet and got me set right up for Friday. The guys came out, Josiah and Luis and took care of it quickly. They were really clean and very nice.

My experience with A-Star Air Conditioning was a great experience. The technician Jason O. was very nice, professional, knowledgeable, and he answered all of my questions regarding our A/C unit and the recommendations that he had. Jason informed me of a new service that A-Star was offering that consisted of a Home Warranty for the HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical and emailed me the information per my request.
