AVOID IF GOING TO MGH! You may pass this as you enter the Massachusetts General Hospital complex, its entrance is right in front of a major hospital building, and there is a large parking symbol, which makes you think it's official hospital parking, but it's not. They do NOT validate tickets for this garage, and it is super expensive. Plus, they only take credit cards, which is fine, but there is a $1 "convenience fee" for using a credit card, which they list in small print. And it's not just the misleading prices. Finding my way back was a huge pain. The entrance said "The West End Apartments". So I put that into my GPS to make my way back, and it took me in completely the wrong direction. I eventually found my car, and there aren't enough exit signs to find how to get out; I went aroun

For $460 a month you wouldn’t expect rodent damage to your car. But here we are

horrible experience do not pay to park here, i would rather walk a whole hour than spend my money here. paid online and was only given a QR code, on my way out i was quite literally stuck because the person helping me kept telling me “do you know how to read scan your ticket” meanwhile i did not have a ticket. 10 minutes later he finally let us out after sending him a screenshot of our code.

I park here for work. Tonight found my car was broken into. The thief stole sunglasses, charging cables, some cash, and sneakers from my trunk. Unfortunately I was also going away that eve and had an overnight bag (which they left), but they took a container of jewelry I had packed. I’m devastated over the loss of family jewels. No one answers when you call to report it. There are often homeless people in the garage, sometimes a random cleaning woman, never have I seen a security guard. This place feels unsafe and unmanaged.
