I called the number due to needing oil and it says the number is out of service? Anyone verify they’re no longer open?

Showed up to fill our tank and said he didn't have time to fill it. Put in 45 gallons and hit the road!!!!???? Wasted all day waiting for him to show up as well. Not a very good business.
