Astoria Central Parking

The garage is convenient, affordable and staff is usually nice but I came back 12 hrs later to my car having a visible scratch on the drivers side door. No note, no sorry, no discount, no attempt to dress the issue. Pretty disappointing

Easy and not difficult at all, the attendant was an amazing gentleman and the prices are reasonable compared to other locations highly, highly recommend also give them people a raise!

I thought the service went well until I got home ten minutes later. One of the valets backed into something and damaged the shark fin antenna. He backed into it so hard he not only damaged the antenna but lifted it clean off the roof, denting the roof in the process. The estimate from the body shop is $1,000 - $1,200 in repairs. Shame on me for not noticing until I got home but they didn’t even have the decency to let me know they backed into something. I’ll never use them again.
