Awful, I switched to a national oil company after being a long time customer, they forgot to fill the oil tank once and all the sludge from the bottom of the tank clogged the lines,no one knows how to repair boilers/furnaces they used to have a Polish guy who was great but he must have quit, being late with a payment after being a customer for decades, they sound like loan sharks demanding to get paid.So glad I ended a relationship with this company.

After nearly 10 years, I had to switch to a different oil company that offers better service. The woman who answers the calls is very unfriendly and rude, and the office is rarely open, functioning mostly as an answering service. This company also does not have a mechanic available for boiler services. The owner handles service calls but disappears after 3 PM until the next day, leaving calls to be managed by the answering service. I put one start for this company though I know they do not deserve it. I do not recommend this company, as you may find yourself unable to get the help you need and feeling frustrated by their rude and impolite behavior.

Mr. Wayne After almost 27 years of being a customer, I have to change for another company to provides me with better service, since you have that person (woman) answering the phone is a rude and uneducated. She can't wait for you to finish speaking, she interrupts all the time, doesn't let you speak and the worst and unacceptable thing is that she hangs up on the call without the costumer having finished speaking. Her behavior is completely unacceptable.

I’ve been receiving great service from Astoria Fuel for many years now. They are very prompt and reliable. They maintain my boiler and keep it in top notch shape. They have also been there for any and all emergencies.

We have been a customer of Astoria Fuel Corp over 30 years and have always been satisfied with their service and professionalism. We've never experienced any issues with pricing and customer service. We have referred several people to Astoria Fuel, all have been satisfied. Keep up the good work!!!
