Amazing service, I wish I had called them sooner! My car key fob wasn't working properly for over a week. I called on a Saturday. On the phone they were very positive, friendly and accommodating, offering me a few options. Osward came over to replace our key fob within the hour. He quickly identified that the issue was not as straight forward as they first thought on the phone. He stuck with it and made sure to finish the job even when it got tough. Incredible service and friendly people through the whole process. I highly recommend them.

I have used many locksmiths citywide, including amazing ones like Greenwich Locksmiths. Riaz was by far the most awesome one I've worked with. Thank goodness he was there when I needed him; for both my Mul-T-Lock key (which I didn't have the card for) and room key. He didn’t just do a job other locksmiths couldn't take on, he created a top to bottom experience that I would re-live over and over. A million stars aren't enough. I will be returning when it becomes necessary to duplicate my keys, even if life happens and I end up far away from Astoria against my will.
