Information is posted inside the narrow two way descending tunnel with limited visibility/ability to stop and read. Arrived at 7:30 and the attendant asked how long we planned on staying- I replied 3-4 hours. Went back at 10:22 and found my car locked in for the night. Had to take a $120 Uber ride home and my husband had to take off to drive me back in rush hour. We should've been informed it would close at 10, and the terms and conditions need to be posted by the office downstairs where people are actually safely stopped.

Price is fine. Card machine never works (having to pay with zelle), no one is seen to be monitoring the place...you have to honk and wait to get someone to some out. They also gave a false ticket in order to get my friend's car towed. Shady!

TL;DR this valet parking lot scraped up my car, it was impossible to contact management, and I never received a response or compensation. My car was damaged when I left it in this lot. Since the damage was relatively light and I was in a hurry, I didn’t notice it until an hour or two after leaving the city. I called the lot immediately and requested that they check security footage to confirm what had occurred. I was told to get in touch with a supervisor. It was not easy to reach him, but when I finally did, he told me to email management and promised that they would address the situation. However, despite several emails and many more phone calls over a period of months, I never received a response of any kind. Overall this place has is good value for the money and I didn't have any issues with my car itself, BUT if you're going to book a spot be aware that they have working hours that listed nowhere except INSIDE the garage. They open 6AM -10PM and there is no such info neither on google, nor on spot hero, and not even on their business card. So I was going to pick up my car late night and i assumed they open 24/7, but they were closed. The door was closed, both phone numbers are voicemail and there is no such place where you can find their working hours.

worst parking experience of my life. these guys are jerks.
