Update 3: Our refrigerator seems to be working now. The water line has defrosted after the gasket was properly installed. This is really amazing customer service. This company really cares about its customers. Update 2: I have updated the review to 4 stars. Our problem is not completely fixed yet. However, Mike came over on Valentine’s Day trying to sure everything is working. We are waiting to see if the water line defrosts now that the gasket fits properly. This company really wants to do the right thing. They make every effort to make sure they deliver the best service.. ——————————— Update: the technician did come in tonight (at 8:30 pm!) They tried to use the steamer but it didn’t help, so they promised to come back tomorrow with a heat gun. Adding 1 more star for now. Hopeful

We are extremely pleased with our dishwasher repair from Astre Appliance Service! Our dishwasher suddenly would not drain and was unusable— within the same day of calling, Michael came out and then diagnosed the issue within minutes. He had the replacement part— a pump— ready that day and the repair done the next day! From calling to a finished repair, everything was completed within a day or two, which we are very appreciative of! Michael was very knowledgeable of our appliance and issue, informative, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Our dishwasher is up and running well. We will definitely be using Astre again! Unfortunately I would not recommend this company to anyone. They came out to repair my dryer several times and never got it to work. The technician came out and replaced the coil three times and didn't realize it was the timer shorting out the coil. Everytime he came out he said he would call me back and update me on the status of the part, or what GE said to do next and he never called me. Finally when they said it was the timer they told me they might have one in the shop and would let me know. I never heard back. I texted the technician and even spoke with the owner and he never called me back... even after he said he would call me. I was told I would get my money back if they could not fix it and now here I am out 300 plus dollars and a dryer that hasn't worked since January. I do n
