I could not have asked for a company to be more on top of everything than Oscar and Danny. They were knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and ever so willing to go out of their way to help. They anticipated the details that were important to me before I even told them what I wanted. Their crew was amazing, also. I felt like I was dealing with people I had known for years when, in fact, we only met the morning of the flooding. I would highly, highly recommend this company. Great company to have inspect for water damage and help in the process of cleaning out the molded walls and floors. Took a load off my shoulders and was relieved by how quickly and professional the whole experience was with Astro’s!

Danny and Oscar came to my Mom's assistance like a lamp in the dark. Her house sustained a significant water incident after one of Denton's heavy rains. My Mom called me panicked as the water was rushing into her home. I found Astros Flood Recovery online and read the reviews and wanted to contact them because they were a local, family-owned business. Within 15 minutes of my call, they were at my Mom's house and immediately jumped into action. They spent 3 long days and nights restoring my Mom's house. Unfortunately, due to city error, my Mom's house sustained a second major water incident less than two weeks later. At 3 am, Danny and Oscar came to my Mom's rescue yet again. The second water incident was much worse, which resulted in my Mom being displaced from her home for three months.

After discovering a water leak in our home we decided to use Astro Flood Recovery’s services for the repairs. They were very knowledgeable, thorough, detail oriented, friendly, trustworthy and skilled during our whole remediation process! We hope we do not need their services again but if you do,, I highly recommend them!

Sadly, one of my homes pipes burst and had a flooding outside and inside the house, which costed me dearly and had problems with the neighbors.Thankfully Astros flood recovery was there to help and fix the problem that underwent in my home and till this day there has been no problems. They are very fast, reliable,and are good at what they know.I reccomend them for sure
