I called them on a weekend and they were at that same night. They were able to diagnose my refrigerator and they had to order the part. Unfortunately, I had a wait a week until I got in because they didn’t have it in stock and they had to get it from their Chicago office. The appliance technician was awesome sultan. As soon as he got the part, he came over and put it in the following week and everything‘s been running perfect since. He was very nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you a very satisfied customer.

Karl was efficient and courteous. He suggested that we consider purchasing a new washing machine instead of putting money into the old one since the cost would be similar. My wife and I appreciated his advice.

Karl was professional and easy to work with. He came to diagnosis an issue with my dryer. Within a week the piece was delivered and he came to fix my dryer; now it is working like brand new. I will reach out again if I have any issues with my appliances in the future.
